BioI am not one who does very well with expressing myself in writing or on paper.
One of my good friends suggested I should try to write my feelings, thoughts and frustrations. Talking is good but I guess writing is suppose to help take alot of weight off the mind. We Will See about that.
Since a lot of things have changed in my life I am not the carefree happy go lucky person I used to be.
